    We live in Ponoka and are happy to make the drive to this gluten free bakery. One of my sons has 19 allergies, egg whites and dairy included. Those are in most gluten-free products. This bakery has a great white loaf free of gluten, eggs and dairy, which they use to make buns and pizza crust too. The staff are kind and always working on new products. Highly recommended.
