  It would appear that you have cut back on staff and hours. We have been coming there regularly for years and always had good service. This morning was terrible. The wait for taking our order and the wait for getting our food was terrible. This will make me reconsider where we go for breakfast if we have the same wait again. The dishes were overflowing by the garbage cans. This is not an acceptable way to keep the clientelle that you have built up over the years. We had to use take out cups as no glass ones. Hope you consider your patrons or you will have the desire to keep them. I would remind you there are other places we can all go for our breakfast.
