  Bubble tea machine not working. ..decide to take a break and can't even get up to make a simple drink....not good for a new business. DON'T think I'll try the frustration again

  I love the food but the service is pretty questionable..... well maybe just bad. I've not had the speediest service there in past times but tonight was just something else.
  
  1. I watched the worker turn the sign to closed at 7:20 while I sat here waiting for my takeout order (they are supposed to be open until 8:00!) and a lady walked in at 7:30 saying she'd been phoning for 20 minutes and wanted to order. He told her they were "done for the day" even though there were people still waiting on food even at the tables dining in....
  
  and 2. I watched a kid walk in and order a good 20 minutes after I had called and he gets his food in 10 minutes. I stood up to get it thinking it was mine, and he said "no, this is all his." Confused, I asked, "did I not order before him?" And the guy said "yes..... but he called." I replied, "yes so did I, 30 minutes ago and you told me 30 minutes...." and he walked away. Yeah--story doesnt check out! I watched the dude order!
  
  The guy working was friendly and apologetic but that doesn't really make up for that kind of experience in my opinion!
